Our local community magazine is gaining speed… mainly because of the Great Basin Magazine that has reached out to their 1.9 million plus online subscribers in Nevada… letting them know about this Arrowcreek Insider publication added to the UofBA, Inc. 501 (c) (3) family…

The Arrowcreek Insider Magazine is not a free printed publication… retail $10 annual print subscription is $40 and our online editions are posted on our website for free…

When UofBA, Inc. 501 (c) (3) opens up a new publication… it’s because of three main things.

1st – The community cares about one another and has strong roots.

2nd – The community is proud to provide services and resources to travelers both near and afar.

3rd – The community plans on welcoming development in moderation… by maintaining what’s best for the community overall.

Mr. Hawkins our founder and publisher background

Mr. Hawkins started in the world of media as a paperboy in Tempe, AZ back in 1970 with the Arizona Republic the fourth most read newspaper in the world at the time. Because of his passion for this genre of business, he found time to visit the print house at the HQ of this publication a few times a month. There he learned more about the ins and outs. Mr. Hawkins soon was becoming a newspaper young man. Read More
